Al Gelso Bianco

Day 52-56

We stayed at a tiny resort called Al Gelso Bianco. It is a winery and farmstead, there were a lot of fruit trees, such as apples, figs, olives and a lot of grapes.

On the first day we went to the town whilst Maya nd mum did a cooking class. We went there to do laundry but we needed cash and didn't have any. So we went to the shopping centre to buy Maya a yoyo for her birthday but we couldn't find one. Then dad got stuck on the motorway. When we got back we ate the pasta and chocolate cake Maya and mum had cooked, it was good, and then and went swimming.

On the second day we went to a town called San Gimignano. There were 14 towers, and it that sounds like a lot. There used to be 76!.

We went to supposedly the best gelato shop in 2004 (it was actually the winner), and it was not great gelato.

The after after we went to Siena, and we found 12 lice axolotls in a random shop! we also bought a birthday cake for Maya's birthday. We were also looking for a USB stick to fully reset my laptop because it got a virus (sorry Mrs Fatai).

On the last day we went for a 30 km bike ride but luckily we had e- bikes. It was also Maya's birthday and she got a life size red panda.
